Hey All! Just a quick note to say that registration is now open for our June orientation, which will take place on Sunday, June 8th from 10am-11am at the Lyndale Neighborhood Association (3537 Nicollet Ave S, Mpls).
As a reminder, participation requirements for the MCBL are:
- Be a Minneapolis resident, age 18+.
- Complete the 1 hour in-person orientation with BikeMN.
- Sign a waiver agreeing to accept your responsibility for any injuries that occur while you’re using our rental bike(s).
- Have a place to lock the bike (garage, indoors, fenced backyard or public bike parking near your home) & commit to locking up the bike & removing the battery (to take with you) at all times you aren’t riding it. We will provide you with a lock.
- Agree to pick up and drop off your rental at the designated time (Thursday evenings between 6-7pm), fully charged, and with all accessories (charger, keys, lock, panniers, etc.).
If you meet/agree to these requirements and would like to join the June orientation, please register via the Eventbrite link below. I recommend registering ASAP as our orientations fill up quickly and I’m not sure how many more we’ll be offering this year (given the limitation of just 4 bikes to share!).
